Plastic
Injection plant ¡V In Tainan plant, we have equipped
with 150 ~ 1680 tons injection forces machines. IN
Kaohsiung Plant, we have also equipped with 100 tons,
1100tons, 1350 tons, 1800 tons, and 2500 tons injection
machines. |

July,
2005, the new 1680 tons Injection machine resident
in Tainan Plant. After year 2003's addition for
1350 tons, this year, we have the new 1680 tons
member for production forces to provide our customers
more range of production forces. By the end of 2005,
the new 1800 tons machine will be in the service
forces in Kaohsiung plant as well.

addition to our first injection plant in Kaohsiung,
at 2006, we extend our injection plant to Tainan for
quicker access to plastic resources better in this
city. With newly built facility and administration
office, the new office will be independently operated
in it own as well as support the Kaohsiung plant. |

In
house CNC Machines and ED machine
¡V Not only complete ranges for injection production,
we also equipped with high precision CNC machines
in our mold shops in Tainan. In addition to outsource
our extra works to sub-contractors, our mold shop
is responsible in R&D for our customers. |

Skilled
handcraft works - A efficient and completed mold not
only required the precision machines but also require
the highly skilled engineers¡¦ handcraft works to detail
the molds. In our molds shop, engineers are knowledge
with advance machine operation skills as well as their
hand works. |

addition to the new injection plant in Tainan, our
metal plant is located in Tainan as well. With these
two plants together, each administration office and
production lines are working |
accordingly
to provide our customers a better production environment
and services. With the hugest facility amount our
plants, the metal plants is capability for regular
metal works manufactures as well as providing many
assembly lines for complete product packaging and
shipment.
Projects related to metal in damping, cutting, bending,
tubing, and welding, are developed in this site. From
1 day to 1 week, we can quick provide our customer
any prototype in metal works development. |
