- Senior citizens aged 65 years and above, disabled person card holders.
- Children under 120 cm (inclusive) in height.
- Children over 120 cm (not inclusive) tall and aged under 6 may enter with NHI IC card or ID card.

- Relevant IDs must be shown to prove eligibility for concession tickets and free entry.
- Pets and hazardous items must not be brought into the Pavilion.
- Visitors wearing inappropriate clothing (topless, undershirt, slippers) will not be permitted into the Pavilion.
- In the rights and interests of other visitors, food and drink, loud conversation and laughter, spitting and littering are prohibited in the Pavilion.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Pavilion.
- Eating is prohibited outside the designated restaurant area.
- Ticket is valid for single entry only. Entry stamp on the arm is required readmission into the Pavilion on the same day.
- Tickets must not be resold and are non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.

General Tour

※ Guided tour at regular times and fixed locations on holidays: Details of time and location are announced at the information desk and display hall entrances.
◎ Restaurant Area
Restaurants offering simple meals, coffee, hot and cold drinks are located on the ground floor. Visitors with tickets may enter and enjoy the service directly.
※ Eating and drinking are prohibited outside the restaurant area.
◎ Gift Center
The Gift Center on the ground floor provides exquisite gift items, souvenirs and other sale service.

- From the north: Drive south from National Freeway No.1 to Luchu Interchange, move west to Provincial Highway No. 1 and make a left turn. At about 2 km from South Taiwan Environmental Science and Technology Park in Kaohsiung, turn right to Bengong Road and drive down Benjhou Road. Then turn left to reach the Management and R&D Building.
- From the south: Drive north from National Freeway No.1 to Gangshan Interchange and move toward Gangshan City. Drive west to Provincial Highway No. 1, turn left and drive pass National Kangshan Agricultural & Vocational School. Make another left turn at about 1.5 km from there and drive down Bengong Road till the intersection with Benjhou Road. Then turn left to reach the Management and R&D Building.
