Note
  1. A 20 percent discount on rent is given with the purchase of 20 or more Green Pavilion Entry Tickets (valid for use on any day).
  2. A 10 percent discount is given for booking of 2 time slots;A 20 percent discount is given for booking of ten time slots and an advance deposit of 20 percent on rent.
  3. Departments and units of the Kaohsiung County Government receive a 50 percent discount.
  4. Bookings must be made 7 days in advance and the 20 percent deposit on rent must be paid once booking is made. Booking is deemed incomplete and rooms are not guaranteed unless the deposit is paid.
  5. To cancel a booking and receive a 50 percent deposit refund, the Pavilion must be notified 3 days before the date of use.
  6. The rent does not include arrangements, supplies and services in the room. Food and drinks (except bottled water) are prohibited.
  7. Conference organizer is responsible for the operation of the briefing equipments.
  8. Equipments must be handled with care. Improper use of equipments leading to damage will incur a replacement fine.
  9. Setting up of stoves is prohibited.
  10. The rooms must not be used for improper or illegal activities.
